Q: Lost or stolen package?

A: Once package is dropped off to post office, Lexri is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: No, orders are sent out as quickly as possible 

 

Q: My order got sent back to you?

A: If you put the incorrect shipping information, you are responsible to pay for another shipping label.

 

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: Shipping & billing address must match. Any suspicious orders will be canceled.
